Move-out

  1. Leave by 10 am, UK local time.
  2. Close the windows, check drawers and sockets for belongings and leave equipment on the departure settings agreed with your host.
  3. Return keys using the private arrangement supplied for the stay, secure the door and confirm departure in the booking thread.
  4. These are fictional example arrangements.

Hall and heating

The thermostat is beside the kitchen door. Find the room thermostat on the hall wall.

Room thermostat

In this example, wake the display and use the temperature controls to choose the normal room setting. Read the instructions for the installed control in a real property. Leave host-only equipment unchanged and contact the host for a fault.

Kitchen

Use the short instructions next to the appliance you need.

Kitchen hob

Use the illustrated hob entry as a place for tested power, zone and heat-control steps. For an actual stay, follow the host's instructions for the installed appliance; the demo image is representative.

Dishwasher

The guide is where a host can identify the detergent compartment, normal cycle and start control with a close-up photo. These illustrated controls are not instructions for a particular real machine.

Bedroom

Check the bedside sockets before leaving so a charger does not get left behind.

A comfortable night

A real guide can explain extra bedding, window controls and any small detail that is hard to discover on the first evening. Keep it specific to the actual room.

Useful home information

Parking

The gravel area is beside the timber gate. Leave the path clear so everyone can reach the green front door.

Waste and recycling

In this example, the grey household bin and labelled recycling bins sit beside the side gate. Follow the sorting labels. Follow the labels for the materials accepted in each bin.

If reception is weak

Save your host's arrival summary and private access details before travel. The browser guide needs a connection; this demo does not promise offline access.

House rules

A quiet evening

Keep garden conversations low after 10 pm in this fictional example. Your own guide should repeat only the house rules agreed for the booking.

The garden gate

Close the timber gate after entering or leaving. Keep the paved route to the front door clear.

Before you use equipment

Read the property-specific normal-use instruction beside each appliance. Ask the host if a control does not match the photo.
