Version DRAFT-2026-08-10
WelcomeFlat Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the WelcomeFlat service operated by Шепляков Илья Владимирович (the “Operator”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, where you act for a company or another person, that you have authority to bind that party.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify the Operator promptly at ShepIV@hotmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. The Operator may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or third parties.
3. Customer content
You retain all rights you hold in content submitted to WelcomeFlat. You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, technically transform and display that content solely as required to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, notices and lawful grounds required for the content and personal data you provide.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
- Do not submit passport details, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive data.
- Do not publish permanent door, alarm or access-system codes in openly accessible content.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing material.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account, property, data or infrastructure.
- Do not use the service in a way that compromises security, availability or the rights of others.
5. Publishing and sharing guides
A published guide link may be forwarded by its recipient. You determine whether publication is lawful and appropriate, must review content before publication, and must promptly update or remove inaccurate or unauthorized information. A WelcomeFlat guide does not replace a tenancy agreement, emergency-service instructions, safety procedures or any notice required by law.
6. Service availability and responsibility
The service is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a service-level agreement or guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate confirmed defects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for customer decisions, customer content, third-party conduct or events outside the Operator’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service by contacting ShepIV@hotmail.com. The Operator may suspend or end access because of a material breach, a security risk or unlawful use, and will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Personal data is handled and deleted in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable retention requirements.
8. Changes and disputes
Material revisions will be published as a new version. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through written correspondence. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without limiting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to a party.
10. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms may be sent to ShepIV@hotmail.com.
